Welcome to luxnest, your premier luxury apartment concierge service. By accessing or using the offerings at luxnest.vip, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of all services, digital materials, and goods provided by luxnest. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

Our concierge offerings include personalized apartment preference consultations, curated shortlists, and guided property tours. Each engagement is tailored to your unique style and requirements.

3. Infoproducts

Infoproducts such as digital guides and market insights are delivered electronically. Once access has been granted, these items are not eligible for a refund due to their digital and instantaneous nature.

4. Goods

Tangible items offered by luxnest are shipped to your address. You may send back any item within 14 days of receipt, provided it remains unused and in its original packaging. To initiate the send-back process, please contact us through our contact form. After we confirm receipt and inspection, a refund of the purchase fee will be issued within 30 days. Shipping fees for sending back items are your responsibility.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees for services, digital materials, or goods are listed on luxnest.vip. Payment must be completed prior to commencement of services, electronic delivery, or shipment.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

If you cancel concierge services at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible. Should unforeseen events such as severe weather or external restrictions occur, you may choose to reschedule at no extra cost or request a full refund by contacting us via our contact form.

6.2 Infoproducts

Digital materials and guides are provided instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of electronic delivery, we cannot offer refunds once access is granted.

6.3 Goods

Merchandise may be sent back within 14 days in unused condition. Please use our contact form to obtain send-back instructions. Once your item is received and inspected, the purchase fee will be refunded within 30 days. You are responsible for the shipping expenses incurred in sending items back.

7. Modifications to Terms

luxnest reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on luxnest.vip, with the effective date noted below.
